Aggiungiamo alla nota del NARA che il soldato semplice Gabriel Musella è tornato a casa, ha raggiunto i fratelli in armi il 6 Dicembre del 1990 all'età di 78 anni ed è sepolto presso il Calverton National Cemetery Calverton, Suffollk Country, New York.
